The whole Whitaker-Du Plusses to Adesanya path was hilarious from the beginning. Dricus openly told the UFC he was coming into the bout injured, and then they acted pissy when of course the injury worsened.
It really is a shame Trevor Peek is so limited, I imagine a world where Du Plessis, Pimblett, and Peek all dominate their divisions and Connor’s head explodes with frustration
Also not to be overly critical, but how did neither of y’all mention Dricus’ wrestling and ground game. If Dricus can outgrapple and crush Whitaker, I’m not sure Adesanya makes it out of the round if he gets taken down
