"For those of you who don't know, the MMA Vivisection is Bloody Elbow's long-running pre-fight breakdown show. Where we pick over all the ins, outs, odds-and-ends of each and every fight on any given card on any given week. Over time we've tended toward the UFC end of things, but now that we're going indie who knows, we might just branch out a bit.

The Vivisection was started back in 2013 by 'Kid' Nate Wilcox and Dallas Winston, and I, Zane Simon, took over hosting duty shortly afterward. I'm joined each week by my trusty co-host Connor Ruebusch, and together we've recorded more than 600 episodes as of 2023.

Alongside the Vivisection, I also host the 6th Round Post-Fight Show with Eddie Mercado. Started back in 2014, we're currently more than 300 episodes deep, bringing fans all the post-event hot takes they could ever hope to handle.

For fans looking to support our work as Bloody Elbow leaves the VOX network of sites, first podcast patreon is a great place to start.

Hosted by Zane Simon, alongside co-host Connor Ruebusch. Zane and Connor have been recording the Vivi for nearly a decade week in and week out, as the UFC schedule demands. Zane is from Alaska, which explains a lot. Connor is from Ohio, which explains far too much.

The 6th Round Post-Fight Show:
Hosted by Zane Simon, alongside co-host Eddie Mercado. Our post-fight UFC show has been running since 2014, with no signs of stopping. Eddie has fought Muay Thai in Thailand, MMA in the USA, and sailed the seven seas. He's generally known to be good people.

The MMA Depressed-us:
Zane is back again, force feeding Connor Ruebusch and Phil Mackenzie the worst fights he can find, MST3k style. Phil is English, but you shouldn't hold that against him (we definitely hold that against him).
